With solid wooden treads and handrail, Stainless Steel balusters and brackets it gives "the Modern" stair an eye pleasing finish for someone looking for that something a bit special.
All the components in the Modern range are made from high quality Stainless Steel, far superior to the plastic components offered by many of our competitors.
For a more traditional look this staircase is available in a painted Mild Steel option.

This 1430mm diameter domestic spiral stair was produced with 3 balusters per tread (optional). The stainless material used can be either satin or mirror finish to suit the customers requirments. |

The handrails on the modern range individually CNC machined from solid hardwood to perfectly fit your particular staircase.
The handrails, treads and landing platforms are made from the same hardwood to give a good match. |

The Stainless Steel centre braces are precision machined at equal risers to correctly achieve your floor to floor height.
Our lock down system and machined risers enable us to achieve any height required without the use of any packing components. |

The Modern uses a solid cylindrical handrail. The handrails are 50mm diameter on stairs up to 1525mm, Spiral stairs / staircases 1526mm diameter and over have 60mm diameter hardwood handrails. Look at the beautiful finish the stainless steel components throughout the stair give. |

Landing components are available for any landing situation. Elite Spiral Stairs has manufactured a 90degree landing for this installation. 42mm Newell posts have been installed, with a 25mm stainless steel baluster to complete the installation. A 60mm Hardwood round landing handrail has been installed to match the spiral handrail. |

1. The Modern stair can be produced in any diameter up to 2500mm,Tell us the diameter you require and we will manufacture to your requirments.
2. Spiral staircases are manufactured to any height in equal rises to suit your floor to floor height. Please forward your floor to floor height to Elite Spiral Stairs. We can then advise you on how many treads and rises you require.Please talk to our technical team about building regs or any questions you may have.
3. Spiral staircases are available several different kinds of hardwood including Solid Beech and Oak,selected timbers are used for the manufacture of each stair in our own workshops.
4. Spiral staircases are supplied with a landing platform. Landings can be manufactured in 60 or 90 degrees for the individual application,If you require something different to this our staff will be glad to give you advise on any shape landing you want.
5. Landing balusters, newell posts and solid timber round handrails are manufactured to suit the hardwood treads. |
